BILT Annual Conference 2023

Building community and belonging in a challenging and changing world.

As part of the build up to our conference, BILT have been writing blog posts exploring ‘What does a community of practice mean to you?’ and inviting responses.

Dr Sarah McLaughlin has shared her response looking at strategies and success in hosting a writing retreat for dissertation stage students.

We would love to hear what you think! Join Sarah and share your thoughts with us. The format of the response is entirely open. It could take the form of a photograph, a piece of creative writing, a piece of writing, poetry, an artefact, a poster, or any other medium. We hope to share some of these responses at our conference.

You can send your contributions to: bilt-conference@bristol.ac.uk

BILT’s Annual Conference will take place on Wednesday 12th July 2023 (all day event). In-person at the Bill Brown Suite, Queens Building, Woodland Road. Tickets are free and registration is open. Keep up to date with the latest news about the event on Twitter #BILTCon23.
