Basepoint acts as a model for 21st century catered residences. By re-purposing the community heart model, we now have a development blueprint that can complement room refurbishments and innovative catering offers
Pioneering space utilisation, (on a tight budget) taking existing single-use, low-utilisation space and repurposing it as multi-use, high-utilisation space has meant we can offer greater student experience and Basepoint has been used for pop-up food events, social events, open-day tours and exam study as well as breakfast and dinner.
