[Sarah] is kind and encouraging with her students and she goes to great lengths to ensure that they are equipped with the tools to become excellent clinicians. This is evidenced most clearly in her innovative ‘virtual patient’ sessions where she has created some amazing high-fidelity emergency scenarios for students to work through in a safe environment.
Sarah always works with a variety of staff to create teaching material, factoring in the general GP work most of us will see alongside checking with the specialists what they would do for a gold standard approach – its so important to consider what we will see as a new grad, and Sarah always makes sure that is covered and considered regardless of the topic – which is so important.
