Dr Desai is the personification of going above and beyond for all students and staff.
With outstanding empathy, Dr Desai became a beacon of support students can turn to, organising the clinics to best help us graduate.
[Dr Desai] has also been a great support for staff, by individually emailing students before appointments to ascertain how much time and what staff support we may need, which has revolutionised the organisation of all staff, which ensures that no staff member is over-worked but also that the students are adequately supervised… this action has helped all the nursing staff greatly and created a much calmer atmosphere on clinic, hence providing the best treatment for all patients too.
